Obituary for Jacquelyn Joyce Ward

Jacquelyn Joyce “Jackie” Ward, of Rolla, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at the age of 80.
She was born in Union, MO on July 4, 1937 to the late Cornelius J. Wulff and Alberta Pearl (Gray) Wulff.
On February 15, 1955, she married Everett L. “Red” Ward who preceded her in death in June 2006.
Jackie was a devoted and loving mother who enjoyed life spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed flower gardening and was accustomed to much travel, being the surviving spouse of a 22-year Air Force Veteran.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her brother, Phil Wulff, and one grandson, Jeff Eckertt.
She will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes four children, Wendy Ward, of Rolla, Coy Ward, of Gainesville, GA, Lenny Ward and wife Diane, of Springfield, MO, and Scott Ward and wife LeeAnn, of Rolla; two sisters, Myrna Friend, of Flat, MO and MaDonna Williams, of Licking, MO; twelve grandchildren, Jason, Tara, Travis, Anthony, Bradley, Tyler, Holly, Ryan, Tyler, Brandi, Joseph, and Devan; thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
A visitation and viewing for family and friends will be held from 2-4 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project.
