Obituary for Richard T. 'Rick' Cremer

Richard T. “Rick” Cremer, of Rolla, went home to be with the Lord peacefully at home on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the age of 56.

Rick was born on April 28, 1961 in Columbia, MO to William Richard Cremer and Terry (Lane) Cremer. On July 24, 1982 he married Margot (Wallace) Cremer.

He was preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” Cremer in May of 2006; a grandson, Gabriel Cremer; a sister, Kelly Jo Cremer and a nephew, Nathan Cremer.

Richard moved to Rolla with his family to start a family business in 1976. Richard was a graduate of Rolla High School. He worked in the family business, Dairy Queen, and in 2006, became the owner of the business.

He will be sadly missed by his surviving family and friends which include: his wife, Margot LaDonna Cremer of Rolla; a daughter, Katlin Marie Kelley and husband Sean of Rolla; a son, Christian Cremer and wife Christine of Rolla; his mother, Terry Lane Cremer of Rolla; grandchildren, Alister, Griffin, Creed, Haven, Kylie, Ella and Willow; all of Rolla; a brother, Ty Fleming Cremer and wife Rhonda of Rolla; nephews, William Cremer and wife Caitlyn of Rolla and Brandon Cremer and wife Jenyfer of Jefferson City, MO; and several great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Richard T. Cremer will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla. Interment will follow in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rolla.
